New Mexico

Our recent trip to southern New Mexico was great.  I especially liked seeing the bats flying out of Carlsbad Caverns at dusk (The cave tour itself is spectacular, too) and the unexpected but fascinating Shroud of Turin Museum in Alamogordo.  The very active bobcats at the Living Desert Zoo at Carlsbad were also highlights.  And, of course, it was very nice to hike around the dunes at White Sands.  You did as much as could be done in 3 days.  Much appreciated.

Thank you. New Mexico Trip was great!  The weather was perfect and I enjoyed the White Sands.  It looked like we were standing on the snow.

Carlsbad caves were fun as well!  So many interesting things inside !
